Ordering
Our website has a full range of apparel and products that you can ‘Buy now’ or ‘add to enquiry cart’.
Once you have selected your product follow these 4 easy steps.
Step 1 – Choose item to decorate (undecorated available on most items upon request). Add as many styles to to cart required for a quote.
Step 2 – Choose related print option applicable. This is the type of print available for the chosen product. For example, digital print, screen-print, pad print or embroidery. Apparel printing has options for return clients (repeat job have no set up fee).
Step 3 – Select quantity required (if quantity required is not available, select closest match then send order as an enquiry with a note).
Step 4 – With Apparel orders add the following; Colours, Sizes, Qty breakdown of the style ordered, Logo Position, and PMS Colour (if available).
NOW simply ‘Buy Now‘ or ‘Add to Enquiry Cart‘ – this option is ideal if you would like us to check over your order and make any modifications to the print request.
Last step, email us your artwork. Please note the artwork needs to be print ready (vector file) for more information see Artwork Guidelines
Next step
The team will review your order, ask for any clarification (if required) and send through an invoice for approval & payment. Review the order and make any necessary changes if required. Once payment has been received we can then schedule production. Please consider this if you require your order by a set date. Delay in payment can miss cut off times for delivery. Express service is NOT available for promotional products.
Some listings offer down loadable templates for the decoration and display what quantities/colours are currently available.
Artwork Approval
Once your order is confirmed paid, we then order in required stock. We will send through any artwork setups that require approval. If you would like a mock up, please request at time of either ordering or paying for order.
We will send through an email if we have any issues with the artwork supplied. This can happen at anytime over the 2-3 week turnaround.
Please note this sometimes happens when order is ready to go to print. Print jobs many not commence straight away due to scheduling of other orders.
Production
Production is the last step before you receive your order. We will always endeavour to process production as fast as possible. Important events need to be brought to our attention at time of ordering as we may encounter delays with stock deliveries.
