All purchases are processed in Australian Dollars.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We will exchange or refund your purchase (with prior notification) within 14 days of the original shipment date. All returned item(s) must be accompanied with a return form. The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping costs.) We will not accept item returned otherwise.

Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per ordered. Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.

 

Stock Levels

All orders are subject to availability of our suppliers, as this is not in our control. We do our best to keep our website updated with stock availability from our supplier, as sometimes our supplier has not updated the stock levels at time of ordering. Our stock listings are linked to all suppliers and have the stock levels updated daily.

Murnane Print Group will contact you asap of any stock shortage to offer a refund or substitute item. All monies will be refunded if we cannot supply the requested items within an agreed time.

We have the ability to source all our JB’s Wear items from interstate warehouses, if this is possible, we will do so in order to complete your order.

Damaged products will be replaced with an exact replacement only or arrangement will be made to suit both parties.

 

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

The gift voucher terms and conditions apply to the use of the Murnane Print Group website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (The Conditions).

Please note, these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access these websites.

The Gift Voucher is an online gift card that can only be used at murnaneprint.com.au

The gift voucher contains a code, which must be used when processing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or deleted gift vouchers. Although we recommend that you contact us if you are experiencing any difficulties

Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per transaction – it cannot be redeemed at any retail stores. If the value of the transaction is less than the value of the gift voucher after checkout the outstanding balance will be shown on screen which can used for future purchases. If the value of the transaction if more than the value of the gift voucher the recipient can use their credit card to pay the difference. Any remaining value cannot be given in cash.

 

The Murnane Print Group gift voucher code must be presented at the time of redemption. We can offer an exchange to the same value on any unworn/unused items within the original packaging within 30 days of dispatch. We are unable to refund any gift voucher purchases.

Please note a gift voucher is a non refundable product however we reserve the right to cancel a gift voucher at any time.
